Requiem:
Approvals: I would like players to either e-mail me a copy or bring a physical copy of "approvals with mechanics" or particularly strange approvals, with all pertinent data, prior to game.
Proxies: I allow proxies when there is a body willing to play the character. I don't care how this is achieved. If you want to hire a hooker or something to stand and move around as your character, that is ok. I do not want to run your character. The hooker idea would probably be expensive. Teaser will come later, closer to the date of the event.

Kindred of the Region,


The world we exist in is changing. As human innovation surges forward, the Masquerade is becoming more and more difficult to maintain and defend. In these modern nights, nearly every mortal carries a camera, technologies are  integrated with the internet, and the risk we run of exposing our true natures is high. The issue has been brought before the council of our city, the Senate has agreed that need is great. So great that I wish to invite, on the behalf of  San Antonio, Kindred of every stripe to come to our city and discuss how we can best move forward.


We wish to discuss the Masquerade to help maintain and protect our society, with a focus toward strategies, alternative possibilities, and different approaches to maintaining this Tradition, and the necessity for new laws to protect all  of our kind. Icordially invites all members of each covenant, and the kindred of the South Central region, in general, to attend this Summit, whether you be neonate or respected elder, as this is an issue that affects each and every one of us. 


I extend an invitation to any kindred who wishes to contribute his or her ideas, to come forward for the Summit and to present to the Kindred gathered. We will hold this event on the evening of Saturday, March 10th, . Please contact  the Seneschal, Mr. Alexander Shaw (Mr.none.of.the.above@gmail.com), if you would like time set aside speak at his event, or come and take part.


Times are changing, and in order to preserve our existence, we must take a proactive approach to adapting the Masquerade to these changes. This Summit will be but the first step in assuring our continued dominion over the flock, allowing us to remain safe and prosper in the days to come. I hope to see all of you very soon.

TEASER!:
San Antonio is falling apart.

Some... "thing" has weakened the barriers between the planes.  Creatures, the likes of which have never been seen in this reality, have begun to appear, take root, and multiply with an alarming rate of speed.  The arrivals of these entities have caused wearing on the very landscape of the Shadow, and they have knocked Server One, the Father-Spirit of San Antonio, Offline.

San Antonio was once a stronghold for the Mysterium, with secrets guarded carefully by the Guardians of the Veil, and order imposed by the Adamantine Arrow.  This is no longer the case.  With such a high risk, San Antonio can no longer be claimed as home by the Awakened.  Though the Mages of the city have tried to hold them at bay, the strange creatures have begun to change...

They are more aggressive.  They are more intelligent.  They are more coordinated.

They are Evolving. 

And they are not alone.

One of the City's secrets has been uncovered, a mysterious and powerful figure, known as The Witness, whose task it has been to protect the city from extra-planar threats.  One Mage, an arrogant young Mastigos, has gone to other realms in search of a solution, in order to take up the mantle of The Witness and save the City from destruction.  Beset on all sides, his allies in the fledgeling San Antonio Consilium must fight for their own survival and find a way to bring him home. 

They need YOUR help to succeed.

Test your combat gumbie might, win fabulous prizes and bragging rights! Using cam rules and addendum (ignore approval levels, you can use any sanctioned book material, so long as it's legal for the character type) with 250XP, build a Vampire the Requiem character, and join the tournament. Each character will be put in a tournament bracket, only the winner will survive. Let your inner combat gumbie out. $10 Buy-in.
