Our November Charity was a great success! We collected over 100 cans of food for needy families.

December Charity

Once again our brave and honorable Marines are running their annual Toys for Tots Charity Drive! They have several drop sites set up around the city, and they will be collecting toys at their drop locations up until December 14th! Don't miss out on the chance to make some little boy or girl's Christmas amazing and special thanks to the amazing generosity of our local San Antonio citizens! Toys should be new and in their original packaging. They will be accepting the following: basketballs, soccer balls, volley balls, dodge balls, kick balls, plush toys, board games, children's DVDs, dolls/action figures, crafts, video games, Toys for Tots Link
Don't forget to print out your donation receipt to keep those naughty tax collector's away! Let's make this year’s drive even better and bigger than last year's! White Elephant Gift Exchange

December 17th

The goal of a white elephant party is usually to entertain rather than to gain. This game is sometimes called a Yankee Swap, Chinese Gift Exchange, Dirty Santa, Thieving Secret Santa, Parcel Pass, or Christmas Swamp Thing.

Rules: Once an order has been established, each person takes his or her turn choosing a gift. The first person picks a gift, opens it, and shows it to the rest of the company. Then in turn, the participants choose to either unwrap a new gift or to "steal" a previously unwrapped gift. If a gift is "stolen", the person who had their gift taken from them gets to unwrap any unopened gift; and then, the turn passes. When all the gifts have been opened, the game is over. Each item can only be stolen twice.
